Ground chuck beef combined with sautéed veggies & baked in sweet tomato glaze served with garlic mashers, green beans & dinner roll.

Tues 1/23: Baked Chicken Flautas
Shredded chicken breast mixed w Colby jack cheese & spices rolled in corn tortillas and baked till crispy. Served with an herbed sour cream, guacamole, lettuce/tomato salad, rice & beans. green wedding dresses

Wed 1/24: Beef Lasagna
Ground beef layered in alfredo & marinara sauces, mozzarella cheese and pasta.
Served with side salad & garlic toast.

Thurs 1/25: Texas sized loaded spud
Baked potato filled with slow roasted pulled pork & fixins’ sour cream, cheese & green onions. Served with garden salad & snickerdoodle cookie.

Fri 1/26: Turkey & dressing dinner!
Roasted turkey, old fashioned cornbread dressing, giblet gravy, garlic buttered mashers, green beans, cranberry & dinner roll.
